OUR STORY

Minister Williams and First Lady Jacqueline Williams

Building a Foundation Ministry was born from a journey of faith, endurance, and restoration. What you see today is not simply the work of one person, but the result of a husband and wife walking together through life’s challenges, trusting God to shape their story into something greater than themselves. Our lives have been marked by struggle, growth, forgiveness, and the steady hand of God guiding every step.

OUR STORY

First Lady Jacqueline Williams is originally from Mississippi and has been a faithful member of her church for more than 30 years. It is the same church that her parents, brothers, sisters, and other family members have called home for many years. She is a devoted mother, a loving wife, and a loyal friend to those around her.

When Jacqueline and I first met, neither of us was looking for a relationship. We simply began talking and grew to know each other as friends. But God had already written a different plan for our lives. Over time we realized that the connection we shared was more than friendship. We had both come from difficult and painful backgrounds, and in many ways God brought us together so that we could support, strengthen, and encourage one another.

Today, First Lady Jacqueline Williams stands beside me not only as my wife, but as my partner in life and in ministry. She constantly encourages me to move forward, to keep faith, and never give up when fear or doubt tries to take hold. Her support—emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and even financially—has played an important role in helping me continue the work that God has called me to do.

She is my First Lady, my best friend, and one of the greatest blessings God has placed in my life.
